Oh!Susannah is passionate about creative living and runs frequent sewing, design and lampshade making workshops for adults and children.
Kids are a constant source of inspiration and many of Oh!Susannah’s sewing workshops focus on allowing youngsters to get crafty, think creatively and get to grips with colour and design.
Although the majority of workshops take place in Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff, Oh!Susannah also run sessions in The Riverfront Theatre & Arts Centre in Newport as well as drop in craft activities in various shops and venues.
General craft sessions for the under 8’s focus on crafting and this year kids have been making BFG Dream catchers, Secret Life of pets button dogs as well as Fantastic Mr Fox masks.Sewing Under 8’s sessions focus on basic techniques, personalising projects and combining craft with hand sewn stitching. Over 8’s and adult sessions are tailored to individual needs with classes undertaken with grown ups, boys and girls.
